This research analyzes the impact of office space design on the mental and physical wellbeing of modern office workers. By utilizing smartwatch-based wearable devices, we measure physical space characteristics, workplace environments, and employee behaviors. The study evaluates how these factors influence wellbeing and proposes sustainable design strategies, including the integration of natural elements, flexible spatial arrangements, and IoT technologies, to enhance worker health and productivity.
